Vada (aka. CH Kazuri N JoyfulNoise Sunshine on a Cloudy Day)

Potato’s real name is Vada. She was named after the character Vada from the movie “My Girl” and a line from a song that I love “Sunshine On A Cloudy Day“. I would sing “Vada, Bada, Bo-Bada, Banana Fanna Fo Fanna” and that became Vada Potata – hence her nickname that stuck.

Potato is the daughter of our girl Willow and boy Murphy. She was from a litter of 3 and all 3 ended up as 13s, and all finished before the age of one. It was a co-bred litter between Kazuri and JoyfulNoise.

I showed her in the BPUP 4-6 month class and a friend in beagles walked by and saw her. She asked if I would be open to co-owning her together. Potato went home with her for the weekend and never came back again.

Potato finished her CH title with several BOV wins over specials (including her father), several group placements and a Best Bred By in show at the INBC Beagle specialty.

This little girl is destined for big things – we know the best is coming.
