These are dogs that are active in our breeding program. Some live with us here at Kazuri, some are co-owned with other breeders, and some live in their local forever homes.

Every beagle in our breeding program gets their AKC championship, and completes the National Beagle Club recommended health tests before any breeding is considered. Sometimes even with these done, we chose not to breed them for one reason or another.

Breeding is done with careful thought and consideration – we pair dogs that compliment each other’s temperament, structure and health. I usually start dreaming about potential pairings years before they ever take place. We have bred to dogs from long ago through the miracle of frozen semen, and dogs from all over the world as far away as NZ, Venezuela and the UK.
