Skylar (aka Youngsong Chasing Dreams At Outwest)

I don’t often get new dogs from other breeders – I feel so blessed by Lisa Young (Youngsong) and Jenni Nieft (Outwest) who entrusted Skylar to us – the daughter of Blanche who is a littermate to Lolli (MBIS MBISS GCHG Youngsong Sunshine Lollipops N Rainbows At Outwest) and Denver (BISS GCHB Youngsong Sunshine On My Shoulders At Outwest BCAT) and one of my favorite dogs – a Ben (BIS BISS CH Kahootz Chase Manhatten) son PD – MBIS MBISS CH Kowtown’s High Speed Chase.

Skylar came to us in July 2025 and she made herself right at home. We took her on a few road trips to dog shows but was never old enough for BPUP. She came out of the gate hot, in her first weekend in the ring – she went BOV over multiple specials for a 5 point major on her first day in the ring. The rest of the weekend she took reserve each day.

Skylar then amazed us again at the Salem OR shows, with a WB/BOS win for a second 5 point major. She also took Best Of Sweeps at the CWBC beagle specialty. She now needs just 5 singles to finish her CH title.
