Paris’s puppies are 7 weeks

I got to watch Paris’ puppies for almost 2 weeks while my breeding partner was attending the ACKCS national in Cape Cod. It was wonderful to have them here – to see all 10 puppies interact and bond and play together. Just before they left, they turned 6 weeks and 5 days so I thought I would take their 7 week old pictures for your enjoyment. They are just the cutest aren’t they?

Please note that we are a small, family hobby cavalier king Charles spaniel breeder here in Woodinville which is just north of Seattle, Washington. While these puppies might already be sold, we are taking names for future puppies we have planned. We also have a network of other breeders that we are connected to, so if we dont have a puppy for you, we would be happy to connect you to someone else who might have a perfect furry companion for you.

Arrow’s puppies are 7 weeks

Arrow’s puppies are 7 weeks old. They are really showing off their personalities now. Virgil and Burberry are bold and curious but also up for a snuggle. Prada is very social and like a little shadow – just wants to be where ever I am. Chanel is confident with her siblings, but a little more hesitant in new situations.

Enjoy this weeks pictures <3

Truman gets 2 more 4th placement awards at the nationals

Truman ended his first nationals with 2 more 4th placements in his 6-9 month old classes. We got great compliments from the judges – one specifically asked us to bring him back to him when he was more mature. I guess he could see the potential in our little guy, under all the wiggles and gangly teenage-ness 🙂 LOL.

For his first BIG shows, he did so well. I am sure he will sleep very very well on the plane home.

Arrow’s puppies are 6 weeks

I cant believe we have made the half way mark – they are full puppies now (with little needle teeth – and they are not afraid to use them :)) HA!

They are energetic, until they crash on our laps and snooze – we love it. When we call them, they run up to us with their tails waggling like crazy and if we dont pick them fast enough, they tell us all about it. They are so social. 🙂

What can I say? They are just adorable.

We will start to look at their structure over the next 2 weeks and then start to look at who might stay and then place the others in their forever homes. It is going to be difficult that’s for sure. I will cherish these final days of not knowing, and just enjoy them blissfully unaware

Paris and James’s puppies are 5 weeks

With Paris’ puppies staying here, of course I couldn’t resist but to take photos of them. They have grown so much since I last saw them and they are just the sweetest. I have loved getting daily snuggles with them, along with Arrow’s 4. I dont know how I will ever be able to say goodbye again next weekend.

Enjoy the lastest pictures of them at 5.5 weeks 🙂

Congratulations to emma and bentley

While this is not a “Kazuri” brag, Emma helps us ringside and in the ring so much – showing both Truman and Sirius and sometimes other dogs if we need it – she is a master at grooming and just a joy to be around.

Her win today was well deserved – her work ethic is unmatched and her love for the breed is so evident.

I am so excited to see where her journey in cavaliers might take her. <3

Congratulations Emma on your win today – Best in Junior Showmanship!!!

Sirius gets his urban cgc title

Sirius seems to be a dog who wants to do it all. He is a Grand CH, he has his Good Canine Citizen Award, a trick Title, a Therapy Dog Title, Has steps towards his Barn Hunt Title….and there are plans for him to start agility. He is smart and friendly – he is just a great dog. He makes me so proud as a breeder. Not only is he pretty, but he is functional. 🙂

Today, Emma and Alisha took Sirius and Bentley on a bus and out in public to get their Urban Good Canine Citizen Award. Of course, they both passed with flying colors!

Great job guys!

Truman gets his cGC award and a 3rd placement

We are so proud of our little Truman – today at the Nationals, placed 3rd in a huge competitive 6 to 9mo puppy class at the 25th anniversary ACKCSC Nationals! He is sired by Mia Lawson‘s boy GCH Orchard Hill True Enough – “Blake” and out of my girl LockeStar Love Struck, CGC – “Arrow”.

He then went on to get his Good Canine Citizen Award – so he now gets to put CGC behind his name 🙂 Good boy Tru for proving you can be the good boy we already knew you to be.

Cavalier puppy playtime

I have Paris’ litter staying with me while Alisha is attending the American Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (ACKCS) National in Cape Cod with Sirius and Truman. We are of course cheering them on. The exciting part of this is, that I have two litters to play with instead of one this week 🙂

Since the puppies are big enough to play together, they have their own individual pens for sleeping in, but I combine them together for playtime. I have a mini slide and a tunnel for them to play in, as well as a balance board. Its so fun to see them tousle and enjoy the time together

You can also see that Arrow and Paris (and my beagles) are never far away – always watching to see how they can get in on the action as well.

The ACKCS National

The American Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club is hosting it’s annual National – dogs come from all over the country to compete together and show off their latest show hopefuls, and just have a great time meeting new friends and seeing old ones.

Alisha got to go on behalf of myself and Susan, and took Sirius (GCH Lokestar ‘Cause I’m Up to No Good) and Truman (Kazuri’s Struck by the Truth with Lockestar).

She is also travelling with Emma, a jr handler who has an amazing work ethic and is just an awesome young lady – she has a cavalier Bentley she competes with in Jrs and they make a great team – I wish them all the best as they travel together!
