It is time for us to do my favorite chair photos – who doesnt love an adorable cavalier puppy on a bright blue chair? I know I do.
They are 7 weeks old – we did their Volhard temperament testing (click the link to learn more about what this is). I will write a basic update on each puppy with their photos. Please note that there is no “right” or “wrong” for their temperament test – each puppy has a baseline that is unique and can give us some insight on how to best place them and also what areas we can focus on in our training.
Enjoy their 7 week old photos on the blue chair.
Salsa – she was friendly with strangers and quick to forgive. will make a super companion for a family or busy home i think

Churro – more gentle and a watcher rather than a bold “do-er” – she was not a fan of the loud noise and went and hid – i think a more quiet family will be good for her. She will need to have lots of socialization

Pico – she was friendly but not needing approval or attention from our tester. The loud noise scared her but she recovered quickly. I think she could go to a busy or more quiet home – either are places she can thrive

Nacho – very gentle boy who didn’t like the loud noise or the moving towel. He recovered slower than I would like but when picked up and soothed he was fine. He is a total lap dog and would do great in a situation where he can be with his person/people a lot of the day

Tamale –

Taco – eager to follow and meet people. Loud noise made him scared but he recovered quickly. Didn’t like the paw squeeze at all. I have my eye on him as a potential show prospect.
