We are beyond thrilled to announce the safe arrival of 4 sweet puppies into the world this morning. Arrow was a rockstar, having all 5 of her puppies in just over 2 hours. Unfortunately, as sometimes happens, one of the little boys was born without a heartbeat and we couldn’t resuscitate him as hard as we tried.
But we are grateful for the 4 beautiful babies we have. We ended up with a Black and Tan girl, a Ruby girl, a Black and Tan boy and a Tri boy.
thank you everyone for your great wishes and your prayers. xox
We did an xray on Arrow today to see how many babies we might be expecting at the end of the week. Much to our delight, it appears she might have 5 on board 🙂
So now, we will wait and keep our fingers and toes crossed that she delivers safe and sound.
We will keep you posted about the bog arrival later this week 🙂

As much as I love being a breeder of beagles and cavaliers, first and foremost, our dogs are our family members and pets. They sleep on our couches and in our home and we don’t have any “kennel” that they stay in.
This week our home in Woodinville, Seattle experienced snow. It doesn’t happen very often and so when it does, we all get out and enjoy it. The dogs were no exception running and playing and having a blast. Even Arrow, who is a week and a half away from puppies, got out there and played with us all.
So much fun indeed 🙂

Life is good in the crisp cool weather here in Woodinville Seattle. The beagles and cavaliers are enjoying walks and snoozing on the coach. We are puppy sitting our friend’s pug Oscar for a few days – he is just one of the gang 🙂

We are thrilled and proud to announce that Arrow is pregnant again to the handsome Dustin – CH Verheyen Dustin (imported from the UK). We chose Dustin as he comes from a long line of health tested dogs – not just hips/elbows and hearts, but also generations of clear MRI brain scans.
As you know, our aim is to breed dogs that are beautiful AND healthy and so Dustin was a clear choice as a match for Arrow while he is still in the USA. We are excited to see what might be hiding in this litter. (We are secretly hoping for a tri female but I guess time will tell). We saw 3 babies in a single ultrasound frame, so we are confident that we have at least 3 babies growing in there (se the picture below).
Babies are due mid Feb – at this stage we have a small waitlist of families waiting for these babies. Enquiries still welcome.

We co-own Sirius (Arrow’s son from her first litter) with Alisha from Lockestar Cavaliers. Alisha took him to his first official dog show this past weekend to play at the Puyallup Dog show. He made us proud and got some good ring experience.
Way to go Alisha and Sirius. 🙂

Brrrrrr ~ Woodinville Seattle isn’t usually super cold, but weeks of blow freezing temperatures has meant that the lake we live on has frozen. We have been enjoying walking on the ice (yes I promise we drilled holes to make sure it was thick and safe to do so).

I received an update about the beagle puppies today ~ Mia is being an amazing momma and all the babies are thriving. Great news. Look at those squishy beagle noses <3

We are very proud of each breeding we do. We carefully plan out each one, looking at the strengths and weaknesses of our girls and find a stud that compliments her. This breeding is what we call a line breeding as we are doubling back on “Truman”, hoping to solidify everything we like in him, into our bloodlines. Only time will tell 🙂
Here is the puppy’s pedigree.
