Nellie’s pups are 2 weeks old

Nellie is doing a wonderful job as mom to her cavalier king charles puppies. They are all double their birth weight plus extra and I love to see them thriving so much. It is encouraging for sure.

Their eyes are starting to peep open and so I am sure they will be able to fully see in the next few days.

I love them so so much and can’t wait for their little personalities to start to come to life

Echo’s beagle pups are 5 weeks

Echo’s beagle puppies are full tiny adults now – they are eating 3 meals a day like champs, starting to use the potty boxes and are fully weaned. Echo is a wonderful mom and is now playmate as they learn biting hurts and limits of how to be a good dog.

Aunty Charity adores the babies too – you will see her in a couple of these photos – we have dubbed her “the nanny” – she thinks they are the best – even if their sharps get her as they try to nurse sometimes.

Enjoy the latest photos of them playing outside.

My handsome Beau

Beau was my pick boy from my Madison x Buddy litter. I tried hard not to fall in love with him but I couldnt help myself.

We were doing a major home re-model and had to move out and so Mike and Karen said that many of our pack members could live with them for a few months. As soon as it was done, I drove down to California to pick them all up.

Beau is as sweet at 11 months as he was at 12 weeks when I dropped him off. I am excited to have some shows open up in WA so I can show him.

Introducing Beau – Kazuri’s All I Need Is Love and Cake.

James gets his 2nd Major!!

Not to be outdone by his little brother, James decided the major on Sunday at the Cook Inlet Kennel Club was going to be his!!

Way to go Susan Lockleer showing James to his 2nd major for 4pts under judge Cindy Vogels!

Kaszuri East of Eden, CGC TKN – “James” is by CH Verheyen Dustin , JW – bred and owned by Mary Cunningham of the amazing Verheyen cavaliers x LockeStar Love Struck, CGC – “Arrow”.

He was bred by and is co-owned by myself (Sarah) and Alisha Lockleer from LockeStar cavaliers, and of course is owned by Susan. You did us all proud!

Brianna and Sirius – a dream team!

Brianna (my daughter) decided to take Sirius in the Jrs ring this weekend at the Cavaliers of Puget Sound (COPS) dog shows at Puyallup Kennel Club. She also took him into the Breed ring. Sirius responds so well to her – he watches her intently and just loves her.

To our amazement and thrill, Sirius and Brianna won the first (and only) Award of Merit under esteemed breeder judge Mrs. Cindy Huggins! <3 What a win indeed! <3

I really hope they continue – they could go so far together.

Paris’ pups are 2.5 weeks

Paris is an amazing mama and her babies are thriving under her care. They are growing so big and their eyes are opening and they are starting to move around. I went to Alisha’s for a visit and of course had to bring my camera for a quick shoot before a cuddle.

Please note that we are a small, family hobby cavalier king Charles spaniel breeder here in Woodinville which is just north of Seattle, Washington. We have a network of other breeders that we are connected to, so if we dont have a puppy for you, we would be happy to connect you to someone else who might have a perfect furry companion for you.

Beagle pups are 9 weeks ~ final post before we say goodbye

This will be the final post of all the pups together as we will say goodbye to most of the litter later this week as they will be off to their forever homes.

Its bittersweet….

One or two of the boys will stay with co-breeders Mike and Karen to grow up and see if they will become show dogs.  But everyone else will be loved companions.  We are thankful to each incredible family who is adopting these guys.  We know they are so lucky to be going home with you.
